Spacious, homey, safe and cute
This was a very cute and spacious place to stay for 7 months. The place had everything I needed during my stay. The owners were also very hospitable! The apartment was clean, with up to date appliances. I felt safe during my stay as well and was close to grocery stores, coffee shops, book stores and a shopping center. The drive into downtown Seattle isnt bad either! I had 3 different roommates during my stay and each one of them were kind, respectful and quiet. I definitely recommend staying here for anyone looking for a place near Seattle!

Cute and spacious
I absolutely loved staying here. The entire place is beautiful. The owners did a fantastic job! They were always available if I needed anything. It is in downtown Renton. I always felt safe there in the area. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. As well as a library, coffee shop, grocery shopping is close. I would definitely stay here again.
