Apt 5

Eh sketchy part of town, but apt was clean. Ashley was responsive; nothing really got "fixed". 2nd entry door would ALWAYS take several tries. Safety outside, at night especially, was concerning. I saw current requested rental price and decided to leave my review. They're asking WAY too much for this property. Review not left before because "if you don't have something nice to say, don't say it," but, I would not pay more than $1100. The area is not the best or the worst, but def not $2000 mo! Do better! Don't be a slumlord and price gouge. The property isn't high end. It's average at best. You all were nice, friendly, but it is a place to sleep that, as long as you're inside, it's ok. Shower is super small. When I had to use the bathroom, my feet were in the shower, and I'm only 5'5"! Amenities were ok. Plus: only 2-5 mins from hospital if you're a traveler. No carpet to worry about allergies. Top floor, safety.

South Side billings, The Ashley Delp Team

I never post reviews but went out of my way for this one: I moved from out of state to an apartment on the south side of billings which first of all looked terrible from the outside and from the inside, but "liked" that it stated "must hire professional cleaning crew to clean at the end of the lease". She was late to our meeting in the morning, I asked multiple times on how/when I can pay rent and did not have an answer and blamed the website for being down. She added late fees on top of the monthly rent after repeatedly asking on how I can pay rent in advance. I tried to reach out to her/ "her team" and all voicemail boxes were full and would never pick up/ call back. Worst communicator by far. Took the deposit and didn't get returned within the 10 day period that the lease stated to be returned by, and then electronic deposit was unavailable I had to meet her husband who told me to write my last name on the check cause he didn't know/ remember it. Overall terrible experience.
