I really enjoyed my stay at Chateau Doulett. Cheryl was a great landlord and host. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants and interstate highways. The apartment is equipped with household necessities and comfortable. I would recommend staying.

Would go back

I loved living here with Cheryl and Chico!!! I stayed from July till end of October and it was so nice. The beautiful weather of summer to the gorgeous fall. Cheryl was always available and easy to communicate with. No noise issues as a night shifter even when events were happening. I would highly recommend staying if you are working in the area. I would go back in a heart beat.

Great 3 month stay

GREAT spot

I did a contract at baystate and this was the perfect spot! Was a great spot w/ safe parking in the driveway, plenty of space/private and Cheryl was always the best at communicating (she was always checking in on me and chit chatting).

You're not getting what you're paying for!

Ants, earwigs ,centipedes my entire stay, including the bed. This area is NOT safe to walk. My husband's truck window was broken while parked here. Bathroom tub & sink took hours to drain. Wi-Fi/reception was horrible. TV was constantly buffering; you cannot use your laptop/phone while the tv is on. Phone call reception was nearly impossible. Doing laundry was a bigger hassle than I anticipated. Scheduling the time the day before I needed to do laundry was such a hassle when you have a busy work schedule. AC not strong enough to cool into the bedroom & only one window opens. It was miserable. I gave a 1 month notice to leave on the 10th (which is unheard of w/FF) & was told I had to give on 1st. An attorney told me this is true for long term only, but she wouldn't give my deposit back. No counter or storage space: Impossible to meal prep, do dishes, Bathroom products in the hallway, shower products on the floor. Worst place I've stayed in 4 years of travel. Should be $1400

Cozy little apartment!

Cute little apartment! Had everything I needed and was very comfortable. The landlord always answered any questions I had immediately and was very friendly! The shower consists of a bathtub with a handheld shower head that is not mounted, but water temperature and pressure is excellent. Entrance is shared, but the door leading to the unit has its own lock and is very quiet. House is also alarmed with security. Backyard was lovely to enjoy. Enjoyed the <10 minute commute to Baystate.

What an amazing apartment!!! Loved loved loved this place. The owner was very accommodating, very generous, and responded to everything I needed in a very timely manner. Your apartment is very updated. Very clean very accommodating accessible to everything and it was surprisingly very quiet. This apartment has been by far the best Ive ever stayed in. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get away for the weekend or stay longer.

Lovely and elegant property

I really enjoyed staying here during my assignment in Springfield. It was a pleasure interacting with C and her cute little dog C. The property is beautiful, private, and unique. It came with everything one would need while away from home. It was nice and quiet, had a sense of coziness. I felt safe having the alarm/security system and being able to park right in the drive way. It was a close and easy drive to work, grocery store, and gym.

Charming Private Apartment

I stated at this apartment as a travelling nurse over the fall months of 2022. This charming, private apartment has all the amenities you will need for your stay. Beautifully decorated apartment has a full bath, kitchen and separate bedroom in a secure home. Very clean, owner is on-site and responsive, very low key and easy to get along with. I worked at Miravista and the commute was less than 15 minutes. Very close to Baystate as well. Easily accessible to shopping, uniform stores, gyms, restaurants, etc.

Travel Nurse Stay

Good property for travel nurses. Close to BayState, Mercy and even Holyoke Medical Center. I stayed at the property for 4 months. Off street parking, shared entrance. Private apartment, bedroom with TV, bathroom with half shower, kitchen with stove and oven. No dishwasher. Couch with pull out bed. AC unit in the living room/kitchen. WiFi booster in apartment. LL easy to get a hold of. Overall good stay!
