Great, affordable place to stay in Tucson

I had a great stay here. The manager is very responsive and easy to work with. Rent was affordable, apartment was clean, plenty of parking available, and the property had a pool which was great for the Arizona heat. Overall I had a great time here!

great easy stay

This has been a great stay. Quick and easy access to Banner university hospital. Area is quiet for night shifters. Pool is private during the day. Easy no frills, no fluff stay perfect for us travelers that are here temporarily. Landlord is wonderful to work with. Accepted Venmo payments. Super nice unit stray" cats. If you stay here and see the tuxedo cat, I named him Friendly." Give him a rub and a pat for me. Highly recommend staying here. (Invest in a little air purifier because it can get dusty-but I also have indoor cat with litter box)

Cozy and quiet

Quiet, uncomplicated stay! Yan was a responsive landlord, and the lease, deposit, etc. were all handled in a professional and timely manner, security deposit was returned the day I moved out. The unit was as advertised - cozy quiet space for one person. Convenient laundry facilities on site. No-frills, but had everything I needed for my time in Tucson. Rarely heard or saw the neighbors during my time there. Thanks!

Great experience

Very good experience with this property. Its everything you need to stay long term comfortably. The other tenets were all nice and the landlord was very nice, helpful, and approachable. Would definitely stay again!

Great simple and convenient stay

I enjoyed my stay at this convenient apartment centrally located in Tucson! This was my first time in Arizona and really enjoyed my stay while I was there. Yan was a great landlord that communicated with me with anything going on in the property and answered all of my texts in a timely manner. All neighbors were quiet and friendly, I mostly went to work and stayed in. This apartment has all the amenities you need for your short or long stay, comfortable bed, good size TV, laundry mat, etc. I had a great 3 month stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Tucson!

Great safe place

Great place for travelers to stay. Especially for the price! Safe and clean neighborhood makes this place an easy choice to rent out. The owner Y H is super accomadating.. You're 5 minutes from banner and all downtown festivities. Can't recommend this place enough!

Quiet, Budget-Friendly Apartment

Had a great stay! Y was an excellent and responsive landlord, lease, deposit, etc. were all handled in a professional and timely manner. Unit is exactly as advertised - cozy space, great for one person (or a couple that *really* gets along...). No-frills, but had everything I needed for a month-long trip and was a comfy spot to settle into for my time in Tucson. Thick walls so you don't hear your neighbors, although everyone in the community was very quiet and I rarely even saw other residents during my time there. Thanks Y!
