Warm and Welcoming

I had a wonderful time at Alicia's property during my stay while I had my clinical rotation in Marin. Everything was very clean. My family is from San Leandro, so the proximity to the freeway was a plus. She is also very clear about which areas of the kitchen can be used for your things; and she gives you plenty of room. The view from the bathroom and patio is gorgeous. I never felt unsafe in the area. It also helps that there's a Safeway and lots of cafes nearby. One tip I have for future tenants is there are quite a few stairs going up to the bedroom, so bring a friend if you have some heavy things. Thank you so much for making me feel welcomed! I would definitely stay again!

Summer stay

My stay with Alicia was wonderful. The location is incredibly convenient, situated in a peaceful and beautiful neighborhood. Alicia was very welcoming, respectful, and easygoing. I truly enjoyed getting to know her, and the place itself was a great stay. I definitely recommend checking it outit looks exactly like the photos!

Alicias Property

The stay at Alicias property from November to May was fantastic.The property matched the listing description and photos. It was clean, well-furnished, and comfortable for the tenant's needs as a travel nurse. The location was convenient and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The landlord, Alicia, was an excellent host. The landlord was responsive to questions, helpful with any issues, and welcoming throughout the stay. Communication was clear and prompt. great stay & location

A is a great landlord/roommate. Her home is restful and exactly as pictured. Location is up a short hill and a 2 minute drive to downtown San Rafael if you didn't want to walk back up. Super close to the 101 so easy drive to work for me. You may meet her friends/family who are also very welcoming. Would absolutely stay here again if my travel assignment brings me that way!

Good, clean place

I stayed here for almost 9 months while travel nursing in the area. The house is very spacious and in a convenient/safe area. I truly enjoyed getting to know A****. She is a good landlord and we didn't have any major issues during my stay. The price and location can't be beat!

Great place to stay

This home is great and has everything you need to live comfortably. It's in a nice central location in San Rafael and is close to anything you may need. Host is great and we got along easily. I highly reccomend you stay here if you need a place in San Rafael. Thank you.

Comfy bed, convenient location!

This was a great property to stay in. It was such a beautiful sight to wake up to the trees in bloom as you look over san rafael. It's hard to find a good bed with all the travel I do, such it was such a relief once I retired for the evening. Nice quiet location yet very close to town. Thanks A for the quality place.
