Good Rental
Comfortable & well maintained. There will likely be renters right next door in the same house, but everything is private except for the shared laundry room which is in the basement downstairs. I was lucky to have 2 good, quiet neighbors during my stay. The property is kept up nicely. This duplex is in a very nice location. Its great for neighborhood walking and close to many restaurants, stores and parks. Its suburban, but one of the nicest, most quaint areas I've lived in. The neighborhood is very safe. Wade, the owner, was very nice to deal with. He was honest, friendly and responsive without being intrusive. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from him again. 4 stars instead of 5 as I felt that monthly rent was a bit high considering the age of the building and the quality/comfort of the furniture. However, I believe he was planning to update the unit. I felt ok paying it because of the neighborhood and proximity to Overlake Hospital where I worked. Highly recommend !
Bothell is Adorable!
I loved this property sooo much! I worked at Seattle Childrens it was a 25 minute drive and there are so many people to car pool with and a park and ride on the route to work! On days off there was so many cute restaurants, breweries and even a pop up dog park walkable! I extended at the facility and for the entire year and loved living here(: The neighbors are all so nice and the area is really safe!
Lovely Place and Owners
W and J were fantastic and very attentive if any issues arose. The duplex had everything I needed and was close to everything. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would 100% stay again.
Lovely short term rental
I absolutely LOVED my stay here! This QUIET, fully stocked apartment has all of the amenities you could need and then some. The front yard is very private with a lovely garden for the green thumbs:) Ample, private parking behind the apartment is very safe. Laundry is in the basement which has extra storage for any bulkier items (bikes!) and keeps things extra quiet. The location is fantastic! There is a grocery store a couple of blocks away and is very walkable to downtown Bothell and all the restaurants and coffee shops. The Burke-Gilman Trail is only 0.5m away. Best of all is W! He is an exceptional owner and very responsive to any needs. I have stayed in many short term apartments and this was by far the best! **Streamable TV, queen bed, dishwasher, huge closet, large dresser, lots of sun, amazing kitchen, so much storage space. *travel healthcare professional - 3.5mo stay
Fantastic Living Space!!!
I'm a travel nurse and came to the area on assignment. W and J were very accommodating for both moving in and moving out! The living space has everything needed for a short-term rental; kitchen utensils, linens, and a coffee pot (very much needed) to name a few. The location is perfect! A few short blocks from a grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants, and some retail shops. Very convenient to get to Evergreen Hospital. I truly felt at home staying here, Wade made sure I had anything I needed and was always available to answer any questions. I very much recommend this living space!
