I stayed at Tyler’s place for almost a year and I have nothing bad at all to say. They were awesome, super friendly and accommodating. The place was clean and comfortable and providing max privacy. Never had an issue parking. I will always book here when I am visiting Denver! Book this place if you want a home away from home!

Love this place!
I stayed in this cute carriage house for a year and absolutely loved it. The house was quaint and well designed. I appreciated the updated appliances and spa-like bathroom. Situated in the fenced-in back yard of the owners' home, it was a perfect spot for my two small dogs to roam around. The owners are great to rent from, very friendly, and cared about my satisfaction the entire time I rented. The porch in the back yard was a great spot to escape and I enjoyed the easy access to not only Sloans lake and Edgewater but downtown Denver as well. I highly recommend this spot!!

I enjoyed living here so much that I stayed for a full year. Great and safe location. The studio feels very spacious, especially with the patio and fenced in yardwhich my dogs loved very much. I cannot say enough good things about the owners, they have always been so welcoming and helpful. I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone!

Great Location and Great Setup!
My wife and I lived here for a couple of months until we could find our permanent housing. We can not say enough how lucky we were to find this place! The owners of the property were very friendly and helpful the entire time. They were quick to respond to any request or question we had, in addition to giving some good recommendations for food and activities in the area. The rental has all you need for a comfortable stay (Kitchen, small living area, tv, and storage). We were comfortable for the entire stay! The property is in a fantastic location too. It is a short drive to Sloan's Lake to the north, and getting around to other parts of the city is very easy with Highway 6th just south of the rental. A bike path that runs near the house brings you into Denver pretty quick, and some nice walking paths to take if you have a dog! I would highly recommend this property to anyone!
