Wonderful house, wonderful stay

My wife and I stayed at Kate's house for 2+ months and could not have hoped for a better experience, starting from the booking process and continuing through our entire stay. The house is comfortable, well furnished, and well stocked, with modern appliances, a great TV with streaming services, and nice touches and appointments throughout. The neighborhood is quiet, serene, and beautiful, with walking trails in all directions and easy access to shopping, downtown Charlottesville, and UVA. The house has very nice outdoor spaces - a rear deck and a front porch - both very comfortable to relax on. From initial contact, through signing the lease, through orientation to the house upon occupancy and getting questions answered during the stay, Kate was wonderful. It was easy to contact her and she was very responsive. We are planning on spending more time in Cville and hope to be able to stay at Kate's house when we do.

Everything You Could Ever Ask for in a Rental Property

We loved everything about our stay here in K's property! K was a wonderful host and was very thorough in the booking process, which in turn showed us how she deeply cares about her home and who she rents it to. Speaking of her home, it has everything my wife and I could ever need during my 3-month nurse contract at UVA. The distance from her home and UVA Medical Center was so close it made my working commute very easy. The house was fully stocked with any amenity we would need, including some bonus luxuries: walk-in shower, relaxing back porch, and an attached garage. Her house is located in a very quiet neighborhood with extremely friendly neighbors, which makes it an ideal rental for either singles or families. The neighborhood pool and walking trail by the pond are also some of our favorite perks! It was too easy to call K's home our home away from home for 3 months would stay here again! That does not even account for the town of Charlottesville <3
