Very cozy and accommodating

I cannot say enough great things about this apartment. I was in unit C, the one bedroom and it was perfect for me and my small dog. The landlords were beyond accommodating and responsive to any and all of my needs. I feel very grateful to have been able to rent from them. The apartment is clean and comfortable, the backyard was always well maintained. Everything you could ever need is located near by which is also a plus. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a humble abode while in Salem!!

Perfect for me and my dogs!

Dorothy and her family were so accommodating during my stay. The space is cozy, clean, private, and worked great for me and my 2 small dogs. The backyard is spacious and the tenets in the other apartments were gracious as well. I would recommend this space and wish I could have stayed longer!

This was an excellent experience. Dorothy communicated quickly and checked in periodically to make sure I didnt have any needs. They even set me up with a few thoughtful grocery items my first night so I didnt have to run out immediately and shop for my first meal. This is a triplex and while you can occasionally hear the other tenants and some street noise as well, it was not a major issue. It is noisier during the day, so if youre a travel nurse and work nights its something to consider, but I was able to manage with headphones on the noisier days. The apartment is comfortable, I had everything I needed and more. Laundry on site was a huge bonus. HIGHLY recommend this place. I felt safe, comfortable, and it was conveniently located near a grocery store and a few really cute restaurants and bars. Would absolutely recommend and/or stay here again.

Perfect space

This apartment was great for the 3mo stay I had with my two small dogs. Having a direct door to a fenced yard is such a luxury with temporary housing. The bedroom is quiet and dark, perfect for night shift workers. The kitchen comes with all your necessary cookware/appliances. D & S are incredibly kind and responsive to any issues that may arise. It's close to everything in Salem and easy to get to Portland. I'd gladly recommend this space to anyone!

We stayed from Dec 2023-sept 2024. It was a long stay but was very enjoyable. Dorothy was extremely nice and welcoming. She was accodating and assisted with any issues fast. Our basement unit had everything we needed and good distance from Salem Health hospital. We had great neighbors as well. Overall this rental property was safe and nice to stay at while here in Salem. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a place to stay.

Great stay

I stayed here for almost 6 months while in Salem on contract. I enjoyed my stay. It was a small space but had everything I needed. Very nice sized and well kept yard. The landlords were easy to talk to, responsive and kind.

Salem Apartment

Very nice apartment, and perfect size for me & my dog. Well stocked with everything you would need. D & S are such wonderful people, accommodating my difficult schedule with arrival time & contract signing. They even went out of their way & came to the apartment once I arrived so we could get it done. They even had a few wonderful little things in the fridge so I would have something to get me started before I could get to the grocery store! Very thoughtful !!! Would definitely recommend!!

Great Living and even better Landlords

I live in a different unit on this property currently that is unfurnished. I am getting ready to move out after over 2 years living here. Living on this property has been amazing! The landlords are kind and they make sure everything is well maintained. If there is a problem they are on top of it to fix it! Couldn't ask for better landlords honestly. I have had the chance to view the apartment listed and have cleaned it previously after tenants have moved out. It is well furnished and equipped with everything you'll need. Laundry area is nice and machines are in great working order! You'd be absolutely lucky to live here.

Cozy Home Away From Home

This cozy apartment was my perfect temporary home away home. The neighbors are very nice and I have felt safe my entire stay. The place is very close to a store to get anything one could need and it's close to the city for fun and adventure. The bed a comfortable and the furniture is very nice. The backyard is beautiful and lovely to spend some time outside. The landlord is very responsive and helped a first time mover like me really settle in.

Wonderful place to stay

The Landlord is very nice. She goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you could need. I stayed while on assignment at Salem Hospital. Family friendly. No hassle. We were sad to leave. Definitely would rent from her again!
