Very nice neighborhood. Large yard (owner maintains). View of Blue Ridge Mountains. Quiet. Walking distance to Crozet park, dog park (1 dog preferred/no cats) coffee shops, restaurants, library, and pharmacy. Two porches. Bonus room upstairs. Utility basement. Close to wineries and breweries. Hiking trails in town. Great for biking. Great older home with many upgrades, yet still feels like "home".

Amazing
Melody and Tim are the best. Awesome landlords. This house was perfect for our little family as we were in-between housing. Great yard, amazing neighborhood, and good people. Conveniently located between Crozet park and downtown Crozet. We were sad to leave! Couldn't recommend this place enough

Great house walkable to downtown
My family of four really enjoyed our stay at this sweet brick rancher in downtown Crozet. The huge flat backyard was so fun to run around and play with the kids in. We could walk to the library, ice cream, restaurants and a great coffee shop (Mudhouse) within mere minutes. The house is cozy, clean and has everything you need for a great stay. The landlords are responsive and helpful, should you need anything. I highly recommend it!!

Beautiful Crozet home!
This home is beautiful and was an in a great location for us. The town of crozet has everything you need (restaurants, grocery stores, gym, coffee shops, etc) so you don't have to go to Charlottesville if you don't want to. The property is walking distance to an awesome park that has great trails and a dog park. Our dogs thoroughly enjoyed the park and walks here. M, the landlord is so accommodating and hospitable. She was like our second mom, even helped with our dogs when our dog walkers had trouble getting in the house. The house is extremely clean and neat. I recommend this property with 10 out of 10 stars.

Perfect Little Spot
My husband and I (and our wheaten terrier) enjoyed our stay at this cottage. We decided to escape the winter in Maine and stay close to our daughter and family in Crozet. We fell in love with the neighborhood. We were able to walk to the dog park and to the community center. Restaurants are a short walk away. Lovely sunsets from the backyard. M was able to get the house ready for us on very short notice. When we arrived we found it well stocked with essentials. The beds were very comfortable. We used our ROKU streaming device while at the cottage. The Internet signal was strong. M was extremely responsive to any questions we had. We hope to return again in the fall/winter.
