Great place

This apartment was a great place in a good location. Parking lot has a gated entry which was wonderful. Landlords reply very fast and made my stay as smooth as possible. Definitely recommend staying here if you are traveling solo.

I stayed at this comfy and sweet apartment during my 3 month travel assignment at Lovelace Medical Center and it truly was a pleasure! The place is equipped with everything a medical traveler needs. The kitchen is equipped with new dishes, pots and pans and even a dishwasher. The cleanliness adds to a relaxed environment and the bed was amazing.The laundry room is right outside my front door! Its decorated so tastefully and was a warm and inviting place to come home to after a long and exhausting shift. K and N were incredible hosts. They responded to my texts/phone calls immediately. The ac went out one time on one of the hottest days in Albuquerque this year and they responded with a repair within an hour!!! BYW ac works very well. Great neighbors and most are travelers. It was so nice meeting neighbors from all over the country and sharing our stories. I would not hesitate to seek out this home away from home if the opportunity comes up again. Great place to stay

Apartment was clean and had everything I needed. K and N were super responsive and answered every question I had. Building is gated so I felt safe and was close to the hospital I was assigned to. Would recommend this unit to anyone that wants to be close to downtown.
