Best Location Ever!
This location is beautiful inside and out. Conveniently placed near great scenic and dining options, I wish my stay could've been longer. P is very attentive and passionate about making sure your stay is perfect. Everything needed to make you feel at home is already in the apartment. If it's not, you won't miss it anyway. I can't say enough great things about my stay here and will DEFINITELY stay again if I'm ever back this way.
Excellent experience
It was an excellent experience staying at the apartment! I stayed here for June - mid August 2022 with my wife and 2yo daughter. Everyone enjoyed the place, its style, location, and the most communication with P! P is very attentive to details and provided all the information, resources and much more to make our staying at Cincinnati a lovely period in our lives. He did everything beyond and above including but not limiting starting food, local restaurant $30 gift certificate, free zoo entrance for the family. Furthermore, he became a great friend to our family! The place, neighborhood is great, our daughter enjoyed the nearby playground and area as well. Strongly recommend this place!
Nice property, fairly safe location
P's place treated us well for our short term stay. We stayed in early spring, and the temperature inside stayed comfortable on hot and cold days. The three A/C units provided sufficient cooling for the unit. The garage is small & will fit a normal sized car, but nothing longer. P was attentive to our needs and provided some nice touches like some Graeters ice cream when we moved in and a $30 gift card to any local Westwood restaurant (The Nation Kitchen across the street is great!). The specific area the duplex is located is a nice block. Theres a newer playground across the street & an old city hall where they hold a market once a month during the summers. The only negative we experienced was that the surrounding area (a few blocks away) didnt seem like the safest area. The area seemed to be very hit or miss when it comes to neighborhood safety. We never felt unsafe at P's place, just keep safety in mind if you plan to walk places alone and/or outside of daylight hours.
