Great locationclose to Sacramento Midtown, which makes it perfect for travel RNs. The neighborhood is nice, safe, and very walkable. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, which makes days off really convenient and enjoyable. The unit has a washer and dryer, which is a huge plus, especially for travel nurses on assignment. Easy access to the freeway also makes commuting simple and stress-free. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stayI would definitely recommend it to other travel RNs!

Just right

This studio is just right. Its like living in a new place. Walkable to many great restaurants and even a new corner foody cafe. The back patio makes it feel a little bigger than it is. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend it.

Modern comfy apartment in desirable area

Midtown is a desirable location in Sacramento so that is part of what led me to wanting to stay at this place. I had never used Furnished Finder before but C was a real nice guy in my experience and walked me through the steps and I never needed to worry cause it all worked out great and had no problem getting back deposit either. There is a lot of shopping and things to do within walking distance. I would regularly jog to park and around it and back. The apartment itself seems very modern with everything looking recently renovated and with new appliances; nice not to have to leave to do laundry. It offers easy freeway access allowing you to get around Sacramento quite easily. Owner was helpful when I needed, one time I locked myself out and he was right there to let me in. He provides you with street parking pass required by city on driver's dash - also, be mindful of where you park because on trash days, certain sides become temporary no parking areas. I would recommend.
