Home away from home

I stayed at Knox for 6 months as I was in Waynesville for work. The home is so cozy, very well decorated. No clutter! It is equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay. Host were so nice and great with communication. I recommend staying at Knox if you're gonna be in that area. Very conveniently located! Definitely will stay there again if ever back in the area!

Peaceful Stay with Easy Access to Outdoor Activities

We stayed at Knox at Lake Junaluska over the summer. It was a great location with easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway for hiking and scenic drives as well as the Lake Junaluska loop and rose walk. It's a great location with easy access to the highway to get to Asheville (30-45 min) or Waynesville (5-15 min). Close proximity to the Great Smoky Mountain Park and other recreational areas. Across from the events center so we enjoyed a couple of the concerts from the rocking chairs on the front porch. The place was well equipped for a stay of any length. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, tupperware, and dish towels. The house was very nicely remodeled while retaining historic charm. D was great to communicate with and very responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to staying again!

Wonderful Home

My wife and I stayed at this location for almost two months. D and E, the owners, were very nice! They worked with us to get the dates we needed. The home it self is well taken care of and has recently renovated kitchen and bathroom. It is situated on a hill surrounded by beautiful scenic views of mountains and rolling green hills. It is also only 30 minutes away from Ashville so if you need to hit major stores or restaurants it won't take long. Over all this is a wonderful place to stay!
