Well Appointed Townhome with Garage Parking

Great Property...Stayed Twice!

Property was exactly as described. Had all amenities I needed to feel comfortable. Near food, shopping and right off 465. Deb was an excellent host. I rarely saw her but when I did she was extremely courteous and pleasant. This was my second stay. She was there to help me last minute when I needed a place. If I were to need one again, she would be my first call. I would absolutely stay there again.

I stayed in Deb's place for three months while working as a travel nurse, and it was truly one of the best housing experiences Ive had. The room was spotless, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything I needed to feel at home. The neighborhood was safe, quiet, and conveniently located near hospitals, shops, and restaurants. Deb was an amazing host kind, professional, and always quick to respond to any questions. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my stay. Im so grateful for her hospitality and the care she puts into maintaining her home. I highly recommend this place to any travel nurse or professional looking for a peaceful, well-kept, and welcoming home away from home!

Debs place is magnificent. Comfy bed, plenty of privacy, and a perfect location. I spent 9 months here and I have no complaints. Thanks for a 5 star experience.

Excellent Property

The condo is very nice and the landlord provides all the amenities you need to make your stay pleasant. The landlord is accommodating to all of your needs and really makes you feel welcomed. The location is great, with retail shops, malls and dining within a 5-10 minute radius. Its about a 20 minute drive to IU Methodist, but a straight shot and easy commute. I would definitely stay again.

Property is exactly as described only better. Location made it easier for work and visiting Indianapolis. D was very accommodating and since I never been to Indianapolis suggested places to see while working there. The canal was one of my favorite spots downtown to walk around. My room was perfect, comfortable bed, walk-in closet, and private. The washer and dryer was next to my room which I probably used frequently since I was working 4 shifts a week. Restaurants right outside the front door if you needed. Not much of a cook but definitely the kitchen had everything you needed if you are a chef. The garage was a plus not having to worry about ice or weather conditions. It had its own entrance through the lower floor, nice. Overall, this property is outstanding for a furnished stay and for using furnished finders for the first time I was impressed. Highly recommended.

Amazing location and landlord

The townhouse is beautiful inside and out. Well appointed and a great layout. Location is perfect for an easy, relaxing drive into the big city or minutes away from shopping downtown town Carmel. The landlord is a pleasure to work with and went out of the way to accommodate and ensure my stay was enjoyable. Truly an amazing property and landlord. I will definitely be looking to stay here on my next assignment in Indy!!
