AMAZING!!

I have traveled a lot and stayed at several places.. and this place was by far the BEST and the NICEST place I have ever stayed. Beautiful living conditions, friendly atmosphere, and an all around welcoming neighbors! Yasmin is so sweet and personable and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend staying here for you next adventure:)

Lovely property

Spacious condo with lovely furnishings. Really enjoyed the pool, gym, and underground parking! Plan to return in the future.

Best Location

So excited to have found this place! The host was courteous and very responsive during all interactions which is always a plus. The location is great and I was pleased to find myself surrounded by amazing restaurants, a Trader Joe's, and even Costco. The complex is in a gated community, has subterranean parking (keeping my car cool and safe another plus) and an elevator. Resort style living with a big pool, jacuzzi and gym. The condo itself is a spacious corner unit with lanai, the furnishings are modern with stainless steel appliances and has a fireplace. I truly feel like I lucked out finding this place

Great location, amenities, and service by the host

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit in the Aderra complex. The host was very responsive and friendly. The unit was fully outfitted with needed appliances and amenities. The condo was large and spacious with high quality fitments and decor details. We enjoyed the nice deck which was shaded and cooler in the mornings. The pool, fitness room, and multiple gas grills in the complex are top notch. The complex has monitored security gates at each entrance to keep the place more private. The underground parking was also a huge plus considering the Arizona sun. The location of the Aderra complex is great, too. A very nice variety of great restaurants around the corner in any direction. Easy access to the highway and a golf course next door! We loved it here and are even considering investing in a place here after such a great experience.

Amazing place

Incredible find! Secured complex. Corner unit with open floor concept, roomy, quiet, clean, and plenty of light. Had morning coffee & cocktail hour on covered balcony with territorial view. Entertained our Arizona family of eight with a sit down dinner with no problems. Modern, well-equipped kitchen. Bedrooms and bathrooms were modern and spacious. Large, clean refreshing pool and hot tub. Well-equipped exercise room. Underground parking with elevator kept our car cool and secure. Great location close to Costco, Walmart, Trader Joes, restaurants, fast food & other stores. Owner readily available. Large complex with friendly neighbors.
