Studio Walking Distance to Beach

Highly Recommend

Lived here for 13 months. Highly recommend the studio. Quiet neighborhood and the landlord is the best. Refrigerator is plenty large enough and the kitchen has everything you may need. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is a plus. Grocery store (Ralphs) is 0.5 miles away. Dana Point Harbor is less than a mile and wonderful place for a walk.

Great little studio. All the essentials were provided. Plenty of street parking. Super close to Doheny beach; easy walk with my senior dog Charlie. =)

Son's Summer Internship Home Away From Home

This property was perfect for my son during his summer internship. The location was amazing and the property itself provided everything he needed. The property host was gracious, attentive, and professional. This property is a must for anyone looking for a home away from home.

I really didnt want to write a review because I want this incredible studio to be the best kept secret so it would be available for me again in a few months. A is a FANTASTIC landlord (and a lovely, fun person!) who meticulously created this studio to have everything you need - a super comfy queen bed, recliner leather sofa, a gourmet kitchen including a highly coveted dishwasher, a private washer/dryer, a shower with great water pressure and LOTS OF HOT WATER! Everything is brand new. This studio is very quiet & the perfect place to relax & unwind after a long day's work. Its tempting to stay home (have I mentioned how comfy the bed and sofa are?) but the location is amazing with the beach only a 7 minute walk (3 minute drive) away & lots of shops, restaurants (Lupes is SO GOOD!), grocery stores (Trader Joes & Albertsons), parks, pickleball courts, movie theaters & walking trails nearby. I seriously hit the lottery jackpot living here. A & H R, you will be missed!
