Fantastic Stay

Such a great experience with the landlord Miguel & his wife. Super welcoming & accommodating. This townhome is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors . I worked overnight shift and this place was so peaceful and quiet during the day , which was such a plus for me! It has everything you need for everyday life. NGMC is a 5 minute drive. I would definitely stay here again if I return to GA.

Best experience Ive ever had with a landlord

Traveling for work and being from out of state made finding a short term rental a daunting task. Miguel was by far the most accommodating, helpful, and understanding landlord I have ever encountered. It felt like Ive known thin and his wife for years and any time we needed an item or something needed fixed, it was their first priority. I simply mentioned the vacuum didnt work well and I get home from work and there was a new vacuum along with a bunch of cleaning supplies waiting for me. The unit was nicely decorated, extra sheets and towels were provided, they continually checked in us on to make sure our stay was enjoyable as possible. It was a great experience and I fully intend on renting from them again if this location or another is available. Its close to everything you need but still quiet and secluded. Its a safe neighborhood, I left stuff in my truck bed numerous times and it was never touched. We had a great experience staying here and were beyond impressed and grateful for the hospitality.

MDM was a professional and friendly person to work with during my stay at his property. The property was in a great drivable location to the hospital, and the area felt safe. I appreciated his flexibility allowing my dog to come and stay.

Great location

Travel nurse here- and there is A lot of good to say about the landlord and this condo. Clean, good condition, well-furnished, and very close to the hospital, gym, and grocery stores. Didnt have any problems, but M was very responsive and very flexible. Overall good experience here. Highly recommended
