Light-filled Studio House in Great Location

First off, I will miss my landlords very much so. My experience with living in their cute studio unit has been phenomenal. A has been very helpful with every inquiry I had regarding the internet/TV connection. I really will have to blame it on the rain! Lol. Truly a blessing to have found this place for my housing during the 13 weeks I was assigned up north. Im originally from SoCal and have always had a huge appreciation and love for NorCal. This little unit is actually a gem. Its the perfect place for someone who is looking for a temporary furnished home while on a travel assignment. Parking has been great as well. The unit is within walking distance to shops and, coffee shops restaurants and the BART station. I also enjoyed walking to Lake Temescal as well. If youre working in the contra constantly county area (Danville, Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, etc.) you will find living here is the best commute! Ive made myself a few friends up here including my landlords. Im going to miss you guys!

The apartment was a beautiful spot for a quiet, comfortable, cozy, & safe retreat for my dad while he visited for medical treatment for 3 months. As A recommended, the bed is a great place to look out the windows into the maple tree and sky and watch a few hummingbirds move about. Everything is new and updated, amazingly efficient and clean use of space: the open floor plan makes it feel like a lot of space; full kitchen. A & the family are wonderful: thoughtful and understanding, but also considerate of privacy, great to communicate with. Any sound from nearby thoroughfare is totally quieted out, access to CA-24 & Rockridge BART is close enough for an easy commute, Rockridge shops & restaurants walkable, Safeway is very close, w/ Trader Joes, Wholefoods, Temescal shopping & Farmers Market farther but walkable. All makes for an amazingly walkable and cozy retreat that still has access to city amenities, and good work-life balance. One of the nicest neighborhoods in Oakland.

A and A were great host/LL. Contacting them and getting response from them was quick. They made my first assignment stay enjoyable. The studio was the perfect size for what I needed. Would definitely recommend and rent from them again.
