Great Stay! Great hosts! Awesome location. Would definitely Recommend!

I stayed at this property for roughly three months over the summer, and all I can say is that it was AMAZING! To start, the property owner L was incredible. She was at the property when I moved in to tour me around the house and answer any questions that I had. She is very friendly and answered any questions that I had very quickly throughout my stay. The property is in an awesome location, only a few minute walk from Revere beach. There is also a Target and ShopRite within a 5-10 minute walk. The room I stayed in was spacious, with a bed, desk, dressers, and a huge closet to make my stay very comfortable. The property renovated a deck in the back while I was there which came out beautifully. The property allowed me me to quickly access the Blue Line (less than a ten minute walk) so that I could commute into the city (specifically Rowes Wharf) easily everyday. I had access to the whole house which was equipped with anything I needed from kitchen supplies to a washer and dryer.

Cozy and Close to T

L the owner was very accommodating for our needs on our PT contracts and easy to get in touch with. As a couple traveling, the larger room we stayed in was very spacious and quiet. The bathroom is recently renovated and the kitchen spacious for cooking. There is a cute little back deck with table and chairs to enjoy a cup of coffee or a meal in nicer weather. The other rooms were rented and our housemates were very friendly and respectful. We worked around each other's schedules perfectly when utilizing showers and never had any issues with shared spaces. I highly recommend Lina's home for your short term stay!

Great Stay

I stayed at the property after graduating school to study for a national exam and take interviews for jobs out of state. I space was clean and quiet. It is very much a home environment which was nice. I utilized public transit and it was easy to get around. Having target less then a 10 min walk away was a plus! My two other housemates were friendly and we had absolutely no issues. The landlords were responsive anytime I had any questions. Had I not accepted the job offer I would have extended my time!

1 bedroom with shared bath

Overall this a decent place to stay. House is cleaned weakly by one of their long term tenants. The bathroom is nicely renovated and clean. It gets a little hot during the summer but it is manageable with a fan. L and her husband are very easy to work with and respond quick. The room is a standard room. The desk is pretty big so its good if your studying while working. The best part about this place is that it is a few minutes walk to the train station and a few minutes walk from the beach. Overall good, affordable, and convenient place to stay.

Great stay close to everything you need

L and D are fantastic hosts! I was here 3 months for a travel contract. All essential kitchen needs are supplied. I cooked a lot and never had any issues. Theres 2 other people living there but sometimes youd never even know! With differing schedules and a quiet home, I was never disrupted by noise at all. The room and bed are very comfortable with the smart tv and plenty of closet space. The home is only 8 minutes walking to the Beachmont blue line station. I was working at Tufts Hospital in Chinatown and it would only take me 25-30 minutes to get to and from work on the T. It was perfect. Super close to multiple grocery stores and shopping needs. 10 minute walk to Revere beach if you fancy a nice beach stroll! L and D make sure you feel at home and comfortable and thats the best part when being in a new area. I highly recommend their home if youre looking for a low key place outside of Boston.

Fantastic

L & her husband were great hosts! They made sure we had everything we needed. I stayed in the master bedroom which had more than enough room & closet space. I barely seen the other guests because we all work different schedules so youre basically living alone. One thing I love is you cant hear anyone in the hallway or downstairs. Definitely easy to sleep in if someone has an earlier shift. The bed was probably my favorite part of the stay. So comfortable & easy to fall asleep, its hard to get up. Lol. The location couldnt be more perfect between Boston & Everett. Ubers arent expensive & Uber eats barely has delivery fees from how close we are to everything. If I ever come back, I will definitely reach out to them again. They were just too kind not to remember.
