My favorites home away from home. Ive been meaning to leave this review for a while. The owner Ms Courtney was a perfect land lady and we really enjoyed staying at her property. The entire property was always well kept and very clean. The place is newly renovated and they really did a great job with the renovations. The unit was always fully stocked with everything I needed. It almost felt like I was staying at a 5 star hotel. The location is just 3 min to downtown Atlanta so I had everything I needed nearby - from great food to great entertainment and parks. You can really tell Courtney cares about her property because the ground around the property are well kept, well lit and secure. I stayed here for over 8 months and Courtney was always very quick to respond to any of my requests. From securing my packages to quickly resolving any maintenance request I had. She was always very professional, courteous and considerate. Im definitely booking here again.

Townhouse

Beautiful home, spacious and quiet. However, low rating is due to lack of communication. C does not know how to communicate effectively . In April C and I discussed via text message to extend my lease, which she said yes. Despite her giving me the go ahead to stay longer two weeks before my original lease ended in July, she told me she was increasing the rent and if I still wanted to extend. In addition, they did renovations downstairs. She knows I work nights and sleep during the day. No courtesy message or call to give me a heads up.
