Quiet, Safe, Cozy, what more could you want?!

I loved this cute little studio, definitely small but has charm! Neighborhood felt safe, quiet area/neighbors. Having its own little yard was a nice touch too! Fairly priced and had all the amenities you could want! Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Great place to stay!

This place was great! It is ideal for one person, well, it was great for just me. The bed is really comfortable and there is a stove, utensils, washer and dryer, etc. My favorite part was the outside area. There is a table with two chairs (and 2 plants). You can just sit there and enjoy the evening/night. It feels very peaceful in here. Just a few minutes away (walking) there is a park where you can see the Sacramento River. I really enjoyed my stay and if I ever needed to go back to Redding I would try to stay at this place. Savannah was very friendly and respectful. The few times I texted her she replied promptly, which is something I appreciate. Overall, I highly recommend staying here!

Clean, safe, and convenient

S was very easy to deal with. The property is clean and very well located, it was nice to be able to walk my dog to the river trail. If I needed another short term rental in Redding I would hope this place would be available.
