This is a fully furnished cottage in our back yard which is fenced in, private and quiet. Very secure with own entrance into yard. Cottage has a deck with BBQ. Yard is landscaped with flowers, fruit trees and lawn, which a guest is free to use and relax. Rental is for 1 - 2 persons only, with no pets, and a non-smoker. Smoking outside is OK, not inside.

Quiet, safe and very pleasant, yet convenient to shopping, gas stations, restaurants, auto repair, etc., all within 5 minutes. Also easy access to city bus, 5 minute walk to stops. Like anywhere, there are good and bad neighborhoods, and lucky for us, we are in a very safe area. Also very easy access to I-90, the main Freeway running thru Spokane.
