Unresponsive and keeps deposit

I stayed here for three months and in this time I found the property owner very unresponsive. On our move-in day, the key that was left at the door was removed by the property owner of the building and we were locked outside for a few hours as the host to this property did not provide accurate directions to where a backup key would be. She kept a large portion of the deposit for issues that were present before we moved in that we had documented in pictures. Instead of discussing anything, she completely ghosted my roommate and I and sent the money through a third-party on Venmo. I would not stay with this host as in the end it felt as if she used us to upgrade her apartment. If you stay take pictures of everything and have her do a walk-through at the beginning and at the end, which is something she did not want to do with us. I would document everything and take as many pictures as I can. Be wary.

Everything we needed!

Great house, extremely responsive and helpful. This location of the condo was great and central to everything. Very easy to get parking and convenient. The rooms are quite large with comfortable beds. The condo was very clean and updated. Everything we need was in the kitchen. Booking process was very easy and straightforward. We would highly recommend anybody looking for a stay here.

Stunning Condo, conveniently located

I stayed at this condo and had a great experience. The area is very nice, quiet, and feels extremely safe. It is also conveniently located close to DC, which made getting around really easy. The landlord was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The condo was clean, comfortable, and I would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful Condo in a cozy area!

I recently stayed at this condo and had a great overall experience. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt extremely safe, which made it easy to relax. Its conveniently located just a 1520 minute walk to the heart of the Arlington Ballston area, making it easy to explore. On days when I didnt feel like walking, Uber rides were quick and inexpensive, usually around $5. The landlord was very responsive and resourceful, the place was super clean, the pictures dont do the inside justice, and I would highly recommend it.
