Great location

The location could not be beat! You are right in the middle of Pleasure point and Capitola village. It is an easy walk or bike ride to both. The area was quiet. The condo itself was roomy and had plenty of closet space. However, both bedrooms do not have dressers. We had to purchase plastic drawers to accommodate us. Overall the unit could use some updated items such as linens, rugs, & kitchen items.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your review. We agree the location can't be beat. In regards to dressers and linens, All linens were purchased new in January of 2022. They are cleaned every time someone rents the unit. With less than 8 months old, and only 2 long term tenants, I am not sure what we could do different in regards to the linens. Each bedroom does have lots of closet space. The master has a walk in closet, a dresser the TV sits on and 2 night stands with storage space. In the guest room, there are drawers under the twin bed, closet space and a night stand where items could be kept. In an effort to keep the rooms as spacious as possible, we did want to not overcrowd the area with unnecessary storage. We do apologize, if the above wasn't sufficent for your stay. There is a rug in the kitchen, bathroom and covering base of sitting area near the couches. It is important to us to keep guest happy with their stay.

Excellent Location

Excellent Location in a Beautiful Neighborhood Walk to the Beach, Restaurants, Grocery Stores, Library Property owners are very nice and helpful. Just what we needed during our 13 week assignment
