Lovely Studio

This studio is wonderful! The space is very clean, well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and located in a fantastic, walkable neighborhood with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. On top of that, the landlord is incredibly nice and highly responsive. If I take another contract in San Jose, I would absolutely stay here again!

GREAT Place!!

This property is quiet and accessible to lots of amenities. It was a last minute find while I was searching for an apartment. The Landlord Ahn Mai is so kind and helpful, and was quick to respond and sort out any issues with the property. Overall, its a 5 star for me.

Amazing Stay!

This apartment was nothing less of amazing. Well equipped with everything you need and the owners give you a little extra on the side too! The property is in a nice safe neighborhood and is private. Owners did a great job of responding to all my inquiries throughout my stay and were very accommodating, friendly, and nice. The lemon tree in the backyard is a huge plus as well! 10/10 would highly recommend this place! :)

Great Location

This was the perfect set up. Even though it's listed as a studio, there's a separation between the bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. The property is clean and amenities are great. The best part is the location of this studio. It is in a safe location that is close to the mall and various shopping centers with lots of restaurants. Next, the process of applying and checking into the property was so easy. A was amazing and very professional. She is helpful, responsive, and does what she can to take care of her tenants. A provided detail instructions beforehand so I know exactly where to go and what to do. During my stay, there was a pretty big storm that knock out the power for several hours. A contacted me to check in and see if I was ok. I am very impress with her work and would stay here again in a heart beat.

AMAZING!Thank you

My stay here was nothing short of AMAZING! This was my first time using FF, so I was hesitant , but A and her husband made me feel like I was at home. The neighborhood is safe. I felt safe walking to the store and for walks in general. I love how close everything is to the home, all stores, grocery marts and the highway. My suite here met all my needs and if i needed anything or had questions, they were very responsive and willing to assist. Annie is also relatable and actually cares about her tenants. I am greatful for meeting them and being able to stay and would definitely come back! Thank you

Wonderful Summer in San Jose

This studio apartment was in a fantastic little house in a safe area. It is very well-kept, safe and clean. A and her husband are incredibly kind and welcoming and worked hard to keep the property clean and beautiful. As a single woman, I felt very secure here, and it was the perfect studio for a three month stay in the area. I am extremely grateful to A for being a wonderful landlord.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. A and K were awesome hosts they anticipated a travelers every need with basic necessities supplied to make you feel at home. The property is quiet and clean with a beautiful rose garden and the location is the best especially if you like to shop. The mall is within walking distance and there is a Costco and many top eateries close by. Highways 87 and 85 are five minute drive away with easy access.

Perfect San Jose Stay

This property is an incredible place to stay for any travel contract. The quality for the price is unmatched. The unit was immaculately clean with everything I could possibly need for my stay. The air fryer and other kitchen appliances are excellent. The unit is located in a really nice neighborhood next to wonderful places to eat as well as shopping. I would totally recommend this property. The hosts are so gracious and kind and have created a safe travel nurse oasis. Not only did I feel safe and comfortable, but I really enjoyed staying at this place.

Perfect for travel nurses!

A and her husband have created the perfect space and a travel nurse's ideal living space! The studio was the perfect size for me, the bed was comfortable, blinds for night shift, the kitchen had all necessary supplies (air fryer, food storage containers, cleaning supplies, pots and pans, dishes, etc.) and the bathroom was stocked and clean was well. I was actually able to get rid of some of the things I had because A thought ahead and provided it all. The private parking space was super convenient and the house is in a nice area and always kept very clean from the outside. It was super close to work and always quiet during the day when I was sleeping for work! A and her husband were both super attentive and were always willing to help, get me extra things, or answer questions any time I needed! She even got my mail that was delivered after I moved out of the house and then left it there over a month later when I was back in the area! Would highly reccomend!!

The suite I rented had everything I needed, clean, easy access, parking off street, safe area and everything is close by (walking distance). Great Space and Location

The property and property manager A were fantastic! As a solo female traveler it is important to feel safe in a place you are staying and when applying for this property A made sure to review if this property was suitable for me, she does background checks and even calls you before sending over lease agreements which is something I really appreciated, especially because I found out that the other tenants on the property were also female travel nurses. The studio was the perfect size and was a very quiet and safe neighborhood. My commute to work was less than 10 minutes and there are lots of food options nearby. Overall this was a great place to stay!

Awesome space in great location

Not only is everything in this studio brand new, its also really close to anything you could possibly need. Theres a target, mall, and grocery store all within a couple of blocks. The neighborhood is quiet and the studio is detached enough from the others to feel private. Its also only about 20 minutes to Stanford. The owners are also the nicest most responsive people Ive ever rented from.
