Great place in northern SD

L is a great host, very accomodating and always able to help with any issues. The room itself is great for a single person. Would recommend to any single professional who needs 3-4 months.

Property Review - master bedroom

Hard wood floors make it easy to clean. Lots of kitchen appliances, new fridge and dishwasher. Parking can be a hassle, but you should always be able to find one. Safe area, and close by to Convoy restaurants. Master bedroom is very spacious, allowing room for storage on top of your regular day-to-day personal items. All in all, a great place to live. Additionally, the landlord is quick to respond, professional, and will try their best to help with any accommodations.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment is clean and gets lots of sunlight. The roommates are easygoing and generous. The landlord is very nice and accommodating. Could not have asked for a better experience.
