Very nice!

Had the pleasure of staying at this property for a little over a year. Cozy home with everything you need for a short or long term stay. Fenced in yard and parking area with nice outdoor patio and deck. Great location within walking distance of downtown Redding. A short drive to the Sacramento River and Whiskeytown Lake (highly recommended if staying in the area). The homeowner (Pete) is very friendly and was quick to respond to any needs we had during our stay. Highly recommended!

Great Rental!

Spacious and clean house. It has everything you need. Lovely patio and yard. The garage provides storage. The neighborhood and neighbors are awesome. You are within walking distance to the downtown area. This rental was my favorite rental! The owners are responsive, fair and easy to work with. My pets were welcome and loved the spacious yard! Truly enjoyed my time here.

Great place to stay!

Property is very nice, looks just like the pictures. Secluded driveway parking with a fence and small garage space. Landlords are very nice and always respond quickly! Would definitely stay here again!
