Gorgeous Fully renovated Lower unit- 69 School st

Great spot

We are so thankful to have found this rental in the rush to move to Buffalo for my husbands bone marrow transplant at Roswell Park. Its a great location just 20 minutes away from major hospitals. Its clean, well appointed and has a great layout. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and theres parking on the property. The landlord is a delight to work with. He even worked with us to extend our stay when we needed extra time. The other positive reviews echo our experience. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Clean Cozy Safe

Clean, cozy, and safe are the top priorities when looking for a place to stay and this property far exceeded all my expectations. The owner was so easygoing and accommodating. The question isn't whether I would I stay here again it is really will this place be available when I need to stay here again. Great places to stay are getting harder and harder to come by and this is certainly one of the great ones!

Great property!

We had an amazing stay here. The property was very clean, modern and had everything we needed for the time we spent there. The host was quick to respond and always on top of everything. As for the neighborhood, it was safe and central to downtown Buffalo as well as Niagara Falls. There were multiple grocery stores down the road and very close to the highway for a quick commute to work. I would 10/10 recommend staying here! We loved it!!
