Highly recommend

Currently staying here for a travel assignment. The hosts are great and very helpful, the photos match the location, and I feel safe in the neighborhood.

Calm Neighborhood

Very nice old style neighborhood! The landlords were great and got me whatever was needed! Wish there was a better shower however everything else was great for my 3 month stay!

Great stay!

I stayed here for a month and absolutely loved it!! The decor and vibe is super nice. It's also in a very safe location, I could tell right away because women, families, and kids would take walks in the neighborhood.

I really enjoyed my stay here!! I felt right at home. The location was perfect, the property was well kept, and the owners were a gem!! Very close to many restaurants, stores, attractions and most important the job site.I have zero complaints. I recommend this location if you need a nice quiet friendly place to stay!

I stayed six months on this property for my assignment and had a great experience! Communication with the property owners was quick and efficient! The unit was clean and in a safe neighborhood! Id highly recommended this property to fellow travelers in the area!

Great Stay!

Very great stay here! The property was very clean upon arrival and well decorated. Neighborhood is safe, quiet, and conveniently located. Linza was very accommodating and replied quickly to any inquires that I had. Definitely would recommend!

Amazing stay

I really enjoyed this property during my stay in Columbia! It was safe, peaceful, and spacious! I had everything I needed here. Bonus it is only 6 minute drive to Prisma Richland, so its a very convenient location! Linza was always just a quick text away. Always kept me informed or answered any questions I had right away. I would highly recommend this place whenever you are on the Columbia area!

Loved it

Great place to stay! I spent a month here for a clinical rotation and it had everything I needed. Very clean, comfortable, and in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The owners were amazing and very responsive. Right when I moved in there was a small problem with the AC and they came over immediately to check it out. They had HVAC there to fix it ASAP and texted me afterward to follow up and check on me which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend this stay. Thank you for everything!

Travel Nurse Review

I stayed at this property for a 3 month travel assignment and could go on and on about how great it was. Firstly safety was important to me and they had everything I could need. The home was in a safe area with cameras all around the property and automatic lights on the porch that would turn on when you approached the property. They also has the ring security pad next to the bed in case you ever would need to call fire,police, etc. The second thing I loved was the cleanliness of the home. Everything felt brand new and was spotless. Including the appliances. I felt as if I was staying in a luxury home. It also had everything I needed including dishes, cleaning supplies, and towels. I would recommend this home to any fellow traveler.

Great stay

This was one of the best furnished finders I have ever stayed in. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. I rarely had any issues at the property and if I did, the owners responded and resolved the issue swiftly.

Studio Review

Property is just as described in the pictures and decently spacious for a studio. The other side of the unit was being reconstructed which was a little noisy for me but outside of that the area is peaceful and quiet. L was really great with communicating and making sure my stay was going well. The only thing I didnt like were the bugs and creepy crawlers in the area which I think they come out more during this time of the yr in Columbia. But overall, I enjoyed the studio and would be glad to come back another time.

Perfect, cosy, getaway spot!

I really enjoyed staying at this studio. It wasnt to big or too small but just enough room to have pieces of my home with me while I completed my travel assignment. The place was beautifully furnished with everything you could possibly need and superbly cleaned. If I went home on a long weekend the cleaning service would come and clean well which was great. Everything you could ever need in a home and more was provided. The neighborhood was a nice family area with many people walking/running, walking their dogs and/or children every evening. The Host were excellent! True to heart host that cared and assisted with anything I needed. This was my first assignment alone(I normally travel with a friend) and they made every effort to make me feel comfortable and safe including checking on me. They were quick to respond and assist with questions or any concerns I had. This studio I would highly recommend for a getaway to the Columbia area or for nursing assignment at the Prisma hospitals.
