Great Place to Stay
We enjoyed our stay this past spring. The town house was very clean and comfortable. It is situated facing east into a small natural area. We enjoyed watching the birds and lizards from the patio. We occasionally saw coyotes run through the area. There are areas of lawn nearby for pet relief and a mile long loop in the adjacent neighborhood for dog walking. We really enjoyed all the area trails at North Mountain and Lookout Mountain. The pool is very nice. We loved the happy hour at Xolo Tacos a short walk away. We had a few suggestions for additions to the amenities and Jeanie immediately addressed them and provided items during our stay. She also promptly returned the security deposit. I would highly recommend renting from her at this quiet and safe unit.

Great Spot in North Phoenix
Stayed here for four months and thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is great, near the mountain preserves and excellent walking in surrounding neighborhoods. The back patio was our favorite part. So private and full of wildlife! The complex itself is very nice and well landscaped. Internet was fast and never had any issues. Overall, a great experience and would highly recommend renting with J. She was a wonderful landlord!

This was a great find! Comfortable town house, quiet neighborhood, everything that you could need within a short drive and downtown PHX is only 25 minutes away as well! J was a great host, always quick to answer questions and help when needed!

Safe Location, comfy and homey
My boyfriend and I stayed here for 7 months and it truly felt like a home to us. Very safe neighborhood with lots to do. The landlord is so wonderful and understanding, any problems we did come across were quickly addressed and handled. We would love to come back and stay here if we find ourselves back in Phoenix!

Great place to stay
We rented this place for 3 months. Had a great stay. Everything was very clean and the landlord was excellent. We had an issue with the AC at one time and landlord immediately contacted repairman, even brought over a portable AC unit until AC was fixed. Perfect location for hospitals. Quiet neighborhood with a pool. We loved our stay.
