Great Experience!

I stayed here for 3 months, and Scott was very helpful and accommodating the whole time! Any issues I had were resolved quickly and the price of this place is more than fair. Very quiet neighborhood as well! Highly recommended!!

Home away from Home!

From day one, St's hospitality was exceptional. Our stay while waiting to purchase a home was such a delight. The home is well furnished with comfortable bedrooms and living spaces. We loved the screened in porch, hot-tub/spa, overlooking the forest full of birds... the whole-house sound system brought tranquility inside and out. As a host, Scott was very responsive to anything we needed. We love yard work and enjoyed putting his tools to good use in keeping up appearances. (Although, that was not an expectation.) Lake Isabel Ct is an absolute joy to stay at, and Scott was the best.

A GREAT rental!

WOW.....what can I say? This house is REALLY great, very large, VERY accommodating. Scott is a fantastic landlord who gave us a great deal for the 45 days we stayed in his home, waiting for our new home to be completed. Location is very quiet, but is a little drive away from stuff. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. Internet speed was good (there is no "cable"), so we just streamed everything. The king size bed in the MBR is extremely high and you need a small stool to climb in at night. S has one, but you'll need another for the other side of the bed! Very comfortable bed, just REALLY elevated!! We would rent from Scott again with NO hesitation. Besides having a really nice home he is willing to share, Scott is just a really nice guy! Thanks again S for allowing us to stay in your home!!

A Home Away From Home

J is a kind and accommodating host who met us on arrival and explained the workings of the home. He was excellent in communicating before and during our stay. The home is newer as is the stylish furniture. There were no issues, everything worked! The location provided a quiet restful place to return to. We appreciated the comfortable seating and watching the big screen tvs in the evening. Staying in this home turned out to be our favorite rental in Jacksonville, thank you, J!

Awesome Stay

We refer to this listing as Is Perfect Escape. It is truly a renters dream come true. Everything in the listing is described to perfection. J has stocked the kitchen with every appliance both small and large. The property is quiet, convenient, beautiful, private, and offers so many additional amenities. Hot tub, ping pong, walk-in closet, large island, security, and many more. Centrally located just minutes from airport and a short drive to the beach. This property has everything including the perfect host. J is attentive, caring, knowledgeable, and a great guy. He made us feel welcome and at home. Never had an issue but was confident J would take care of it. I just cant say enough about our stay. Perfect location, perfect accommodations, and perfect host. Book this property for your next adventure, you wont be sorry.

This home is spacious and secure, it truly felt like home. My compliments to the host who graciously ensured everyones comfort at all times. If I return to Jacksonville this will be my go to for sure.

A little piece of home

J, the owner is fantastic. I had previously tried to attempt a listing on furnished finder just for it to flop on me two days before moving in. In a panic I reached out to J and he did everything in his power to get me moved in ASAP. His home is beautiful and the room was so fantastic. Not one night was uncomfortable. I wouldn't have changed a thing about my stay and he just keeps making small improvements to make the space more of a home. I was so lucky to find such a generous and caring landlord in J and his space was the greatest respite I needed. You can't go wrong with staying here.

Spacious and Cozy!!!

My stay was amazing! J, made it very comfortable for me!! The common area is spacious with plenty of natural light, kitchen had tons of cabinets. Walk-in closet, spacious bathrooms, and a nice screen in patio. Also, I had the opportunity to see the master bedroom oasis which is HUGE!! You wouldnt have to leave the room with the exception to exit the house. I will definitely stay at J place again..
