Perfect Property!

This was the perfect home for my 6 month stay in Tacoma while working as a travel physical therapist! The house is very well stocked with things in the kitchen and everybody does their share to keep things clean and tidy. Brandon was always helpful and quick to respond when needed and only stopped by the property on an occasional basis for quick maintenance things. The house is conveniently located nearby Proctor district which is an up and coming area with shops, restaurants, a farmer's market, parks, and grocery stores. I would go running around the area and never once worried about my safety. It is street parking but there's always plenty of space for everybody's cars. Halfway through my lease, another tenant moved out leaving the master bedroom available and Brandon gladly allowed me to move and switch into the other bedroom. Couldn't have asked for a better home!!

Wonderful experience

I stayed at this property in the master bedroom for just over 7 months. It was a great experience :) The location in the Proctor neighborhood is safe, close to everything, and not too loud. The room was bigger than expected, had a huge walk in closet, book nook, large tv, and private bathroom. The house remained clean, quiet, and respectful between the roommates. Brandon was a very professional, responsive, and respectful landlord if there was ever any issues with maintenance. I would definitely stay here again, as it became a home away from home when I was traveling solo. Thank you Brandon and fellow roommates for the positive experience in Tacoma!

Very nice and comfortable place

I stayed at this place while I was looking for a place to live and finished a work contract. B and his wife made sure the house was set up and ready for us to move in. If anything needed attention or if something was missing in the house, it was always handled in a timely manner. When I extended my contact, B didnt have an issue with me staying for another 3 months.

Great experience

I had an internship for the summer so I stayed at this property for three months in 2022. It is nice and quiet and has all the essentials you need to live there, including bedding, kitchen supplies, etc. I stayed in Room 1 and really enjoyed it because it was out of the way of everything and I used the bathroom down there which wasn't frequently used by other residents. Also, during the hot summer months it was very cool down there. The owners were nice, and I quickly became friends with the residents. Lastly, it is in a nice part of town, and is very safe. Would recommend if you need a spot to stay for a short period of time and don't have furnishings to bring.

Perfect home away from home

This property was amazing and the owners made it a great place to call my home away from home. Its stocked with everything you need and want. I seriously only needed to bring myself and my belongings. Ive stayed other places where Ive had to pretty much bring everything I needed to use on a daily basis. The owners were always available and would do everything they said they would. If something needed to be fixed it was fixed, if the house was missing something that we needed it was bought for the house. Id def stay here again if ever working in this area again!!

Wonderful furnished home

Im a travel nurse and stayed in the home for 3 months. The older home is very nice and clean. The kitchen is amazing for a rental property. I stayed in room 2 and my bed was very comfortable. I also loved the Proctor District where the home is located. Just a few blocks to grocery stores and cute little shops. It was a nice and easy drive to work. I worked at St Joseph Hospital. Tacoma General was a mile closer. I would definitely rent here again if I took another contract job in this area!
