Great....but

I stayed at this unit for a short-term rental while traveling, and overall, it was a pleasant experience with a few important caveats. The unit itself is very nice, with updated appliances and a layout that worked perfectly for my needs. There's plenty of street parking, which made coming and going easy, and the landlord was responsive to texts and emails, which was definitely appreciated. That said, there were a few drawbacks. The Wi-Fi was unreliable during my stay, which might be an issue for those needing a consistent connection for work or streaming. More notably, I encountered a pest problem, including several earwigs, flies, and quite a lot of gnats, which unfortunately impacted my comfort. Also, the bathtub was very slippery. Id recommend adding a tub mat for safety. With a few improvements, this could be an amazing stay.

Perfect property for travel RNs

Had the pleasure of staying at this property for almost a year before deciding my next path. Owners are very responsive, property is clean, and able to get individual (not subscription) packages delivered with ease. Plus was one of the best stocked kitchens Ive had since traveling as an RN. The equipment was all LG, phenomenal! Never felt unsafe staying by myself. Street parking but really had no issues. Only noise complaint would be the train not too far away but was luckily able to sleep through. Walking distance to some of the best restaurants in Indy!

So fresh and new

was perfect for me. More spacious than the photos. Everything was new and in great condition, it was very clean no pest issues whatsoever. I loved being on the second floor and it had great light in the living room. Lots of parking out front and close to my fav coffee place in fountain square.

Great hosts and perfect stay

I needed a stay for my short term contract for work. This property is located in a perfect downtown location of fountain square. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants! Host was very attentive and responsive to any of our requests! The unit is brand new and immaculate, came stocked with many items we need. Thank you for everything!
