10/10 Rental

This was such an amazing rental. The house was updated and extremely welcoming. The neighborhood was clean, safe, and close to downtown! The landlord was a dream to work with. Quick responses and on top of everything. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a short term/long term rental in the Knoxville area!

Quiet and spacious condo

This is a wonderful condo for any healthcare worker. It's located in a quiet cul-de-sac with friendly neighbors. For dog owners, it is perfect with lots of grass to run around in and many friendly dogs to play with. It is far enough away to be peaceful, but close enough to drive to all the cool stuff to see in Knoxville. The property itself contains plenty of space and storage. It also has a garage along with a nice screened-in back porch. C the landlord is very friendly and will resolve any issue quickly. This is a great, comfortable place and if you see it available on Furnished Finder, grab it up!

Great Rental

Great stay! I rented for 3 months, and would definitely rent again when back in the area. House is updated and clean, in a great location, easy to get to stores, highway, etc. The neighborhood is cute and quiet. Felt safe walking the dog at night. The neighbors were wonderful and all very animal friendly. Plenty of grass for the pups to do their business. C is one of the most wonderful landlords I have ever had. Easy and quick communication, always has the best recommendations for things to do around the city if youre new, or just want to try something different. I highly recommend this property for however long you want/need to stay! You wont regret it.

If you are on the fence about staying here, let me convince you! I am a female, solo traveler and have stayed in places all over the country. This place has been one of my favorites. The location is perfect, situated in a safe neighborhood and only 10 min from downtown. The neighborhood itself is a cute little community where safety has never been a concern. The room/place is very clean and exactly as pictured. C has cleaners come once a month, so the place is well maintained. She is an amazing communicator, so if you have any questions or concerns, she is prompt to reply and happy to accommodate. If you decide to go with this spot, you will not regret it!
