Downtown Corner Condo Flooded with Light

Great Experience All Around!

I had the pleasure of staying here for seven months, and I couldnt have asked for a better stay! Not only is the loft super nice and in a great location, but the property owners are some of the nicest, most helpful and easy-going people you will ever meet! 10/10 would recommend.

Quiet but with plenty to do

Lovely large windows in a corner unit means a lot of light. There's roof access, a small gym on site, and a recreation room with a pool table. The place was clean and well taken care of. Wifi was enough to be on video calls without issue. It was perfect for my needs. I would recommend it if you'd like somewhere that's close to things to do (walkable to City Market, streetcar line to Crossroads/Power and Light/etc.) but still quiet at night. Also has a good number of bars and a couple restaurants within 10 minutes walking for a short trip out. The property owner provided everything that I needed for my stay and was easily reachable and responsive for any questions. The building is not wheelchair accessible - elevators inside but no way to enter the building without stairs.

Id definitely stay here again. I was very comfortable. K was very responsive and helped with anything I may have needed. The area is nice & everyone in the building was friendly I became a regular at the coffee shop on the first floor
