Private Studio Basement Apartment

Highly recommend!

This was a wonderful place to call home during my stay in South Carolina. This property is in a perfect location as is feels secluded and private within the pine forests outside of the city, yet is a reasonable distance to the entire Columbia metro area for any work/pleasure purposes. Property is incredibly well maintained and kept in pristine condition. Provides any tenant with more than just a unit, being able to enjoy the outdoors with the huge yard, fire pits, and pond for fishing and kayaking. The owners were excellent hosts and friendly from start to finish of my stay going above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and at home. Highly recommend for anyone who is looking for some peace and quiet outside of the city during their travels to the Columbia area.

Beyond Amazing!!!

ATTN: ALL TRAVEL NURSES!!! This is a place that you do not want to miss! I loved getting up to the beautiful view of the lake! The yard space was great for my dog to run around! This place has everything you need in its own space such as a full size kitchen, own washer and dryer, and own bathroom! Black out curtains was a plus being that I worked night shift! T & D are AMAZING landlords! They always made sure they checked in on me and my dog and made sure I had what I needed. My dog S also had a great time with their dog L! Its nice that he had someone to play with! With this being my first time using Furnished Finder, I am Grateful to have had these individuals as my landlord! I just wished that my contract hadnt got cancelled. Thank you so much T & D for making my stay feel like home away from home and for your hospitality!!!!
