Great for 1 person, comfortable for 2.
The bedroom is upstairs while the living room/small kitchen/bathroom is downstairs. Giving it a nice feel of separation or space.
There is a seating area outside of the bedroom on top of the garage. While there is a private backyard w bbq area, table and chairs for dinner, and another small seating area. Full sun, great breeze, and separate entrance.
Neighborhood overview
Quiet neighborhood, you can hear the seals at night. The presidio horns play in the morning and at night time and you can walk to Cannery Row
