Perfect Place

I had a great experience staying in this basement studio! The space was comfortable and the small kitchen had everything I could need. I loved the location with it being walking distance to Wash Park and coffee shops on S Pearl St. Lauren was an amazing host and so attentive and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

Great Stay in Convenient Location

Overall, I had a great experience staying here. Laurens house is conveniently located near Swedish Medical Center and is also close to several parks, restaurants, and grocery stores. I especially enjoyed being near Washington Park. The room was cozy and had everything I needed for a short-term rental. Lauren was an excellent hostvery attentive whenever I had questions or issues, while also being respectful of my space. I would highly recommend staying here!

Perfect Basement Apartment

Loved staying at Lauren's place. I was a night shift nurse who worked a ton and this was an easy commute from Swedish Medical Center. It had everything I needed (safe, comfortable bed, laundry, shower). Safe area to park the car in the driveway. I would defiantly stay here again if in the area. Thank you.

Cozy Apartment!

Im a new travel nurse and Lauren has been an absolutely wonderful host! She made my transition to Denver very smooth. Her attention to detail and thoughtfulness was more than I could ask for during my first contract! If you want a quiet, cozy place to stay, look no further:)
