Basement Apartment

I stayed in the basement apartment for a little over 2 months during my first travel assignment. The apartment was super cute and had everything I needed to feel right at home! Hosts were very kind and considerate. The apartment is below the kitchen so the only time I would hear any noise was if someone was in the kitchen. I am a pretty heavy sleeper though so I was able to sleep during the day. The house is back in a wooded lot in a quiet neighborhood but everything you'd ever need is just a 5-10 minute drive away!

Super convenient

I had a lovely six week stay here for a short contract. The neighborhood is lovely and very safe, literally anything you could want is within a ten-minute drive. The little studio has its own private entrance, but it is a part of the house so you will occasionally hear some noise. But they are super considerate, and I had no trouble sleeping during the day. I would return here again, they are all, including their little dog buddy, wonderful hosts. I enjoyed my stay in Indy very much from this location.

Peaceful Retreat

Owners are responsive, accommodating & very friendly. The home is located in a quiet wooded neighborhood with parks and walking trails nearby. Also, close to stores when needed. I was able to work remote with no problem. The studio is very clean and I enjoyed having a great place to relax. I appreciate the stay here & would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice retreat!

Beautiful private in law style suite

The owners were very warm, and welcoming. They were attentive to ensuring I had everything I needed, and was comfortable during my stay. The living space was super nice, very clean, and had its own private entrance. The neighborhood is also a safe, and quiet area. With grocery and other amenities close by, its a super convenient location. I would 100% stay here again if I return to Indiana. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
