Serenity Room

Great communication and stay !

I had a great stay at Kate's place! As a night-shift nurse, I really appreciated the blackout curtains-they made it easy to sleep during the day. The home was quiet, had safe parking, and featured a beautiful, well-equipped kitchen. Having access to a washer and dryer was also a huge plus. The location offered easy access to the highway, making it convenient to get around. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to stay.

Serenity Room

I thoroughly enjoyed living with K! The room was very spacious and lots of room for my clothes and the bathroom had lots of drawers for my stuff as well. I like to cook a lot and sharing the kitchen was very easy and lots of space to put my dry foods and lots of room in the fridge for my food too! K also has the cutest dog that always wants to play around or complete 180, just lie right next to you while you watch TV. It was peaceful stay and close to the highway, the hospital i was working at, and lots of food options nearby. Her balcony with the screening patio is extremely peaceful with the creek right outside. If i could stay longer, i would and I would come back if I come back to Portland.

True Oasis

I loved my stay here and wished I could have stayed longer! K is an amazing person and was easy to reach and work with. For the unit itself, it is the basement of K's home with its own parking spot. It was more than enough space and very comfortable. Wi-fi was fast, she provides a Fire stick if you don't have your own, and there was plenty of bedding, towels, dishes, cups, cookware, and utensils. The washer and dryer is shared but I never had an issue. You are tucked away at a dead end in a very nice, quiet and not busy neighborhood. It is relatively close to everything you need and to the highways/roadways to take you wherever you need to go. I was contracted at Providence Milwaukie and it was only a 7-10 min drive and approximately 25-30 mins to Providence Portland. I worked nights and did not have any issues with noise or neighbors.

Amazing

This property is so great! Definitely one of the best places Ive stayed. The apartment is very spacious and cozy and has everything you might need. Its location is wonderful- safe, quiet and close shopping and highway access. The owner is lovely, shes easy to communicate with and cares about how your stay is going. And the yard my favorite part!

Stay review

This was my first time living in Portland and I needed a quite and safe place to stay at while working here for two months and this was the perfect place to stay at and not have to worry about anything. K's place had everything I needed for my stay. Her place was kept very clean and looked exactly like in her picture. You have your own private entrance and living space so you dont have to worry about sharing your space with anyone else. I was able to use her washer and dryer which was very convenient. This was a very quite and safe neighborhood. It was also a quick drive to OHSU and about 40 minutes drive to the Gorge. K was quick to respond with any needs. I would recommend staying here for anyone looking for safe, quite, and clean place to stay at!
