Updated 1 bedroom Condo overlooking pool. Close to hospitals.

This was a very spacious 1 bedroom. The owner rents it out through a property manager and the process for applying and paying rent is organized and easy. The king sized bed is super comfy, there is AC, a normal sized fridge, stove, and a dishwasher. It is so convenient having a washer and dryer in the unit as well. A dedicated covered parking spot was also a plus. The sink in the bathroom is separate from the toilet/shower. The bedroom is so spacious and there is a large closet as well. The apartment looks as pictured. Really nice area that is out of the city but close enough that St. Marys is a five minute drive and Renown is about a ten minute drive if I remember correctly.
