Spacious and scenic studio

This property is very pretty and located in a small and quiet neighborhood. The owner is very professional and addressed all of my concerns in a timely manner as well as checked in regularly to ensure I enjoyed a quality stay. Since it is an in-law suite located on the lower level of the house, the temperature inside stayed very cool and the electric heater provided adequate comfort if the upstairs central heating wasn't on. One thing to note is the bed and linen was absolutely top notch! I am genuinely considering buying my own mattress of the same variety in the future because of how good my sleep quality was during this stay. Overall, I would absolutely stay at this property again in the future for any length of stay.

Amazing Property!!

I absolutely loved staying here! The room was spacious and exactly what I needed for my contract. Close to everything; shopping, airport, the hospital I was at etc. M and his family are very kind and respectful of your privacy and always there to help. I highly recommend staying here!

Clean and comfortable stay!

I am a travel nurse working at Mills Peninsula. I ended up extending my contract and needed new housing close to the hospital. I found M's place on furnished finders and I had a great stay! It was very clean and cozy. The bed was very comfortable and I slept great! There is Roku TV so I could log into Netflix and Hulu. Washer and dryer was a great bonus. Easy communication with the host. Safe neighborhood. Walking to work would take around 20-25 mins. Uber/Lyft would usually be around $8. I felt safe walking since the neighborhood was so nice. Its also close to grocery stores and the BART. I would definitely stay again! Thanks M for a great stay!

Perfect!

M's place was exactly what I was looking for! A very safe and convenient location. It was less than 5 minutes from work and so close to the little downtown area and shopping plazas. The shopping plaza has a grocery store, 24 hour fitness, Trader Joes, Starbucks, and plenty of other shops. Only 25 minutes from the city and freeway is just down the street. As for the suite itself, it had everything I needed! The king bed was extremely comfortable. There is a separate bathroom with stand in shower. Theres also a kitchenette which has the necessary items such as a coffee maker, mini fridge, and microwave. The best part was having your own washer and dryer! It was very peaceful and private which is what I was looking for especially after working long hours. Theres also a Roku TV which was great! I signed onto my Netflix accounts etc. Never had any issues with wifi either. Parking is plenty! Overall I would rate it 10/10 and would highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again!
