My stay at the property was very enjoyable. The studio is very clean, organized, and everything I could need was provided. The host is very friendly and attentive to any concerns I may have had periodically checking in on me to ensure I didnt need anything. Overall the stay was fantastic and the place is highly recommended for traveling individuals

Great Place

Had a great stay at B's place. Had my own space. Becky is very respectful of one having their privacy and downtime from work. Barely knew she was there. Property is quite, has black out curtains and safe.I would book with her again. Right around the corer from Holmes.

Charming Studio Suite

I had a wonderful stay at this house. The room with a kitchenette and full bathroom was perfect for me. The space is roomy with a large TV. I brought my own Firestick and used the wifi without any problems. The AC and water pressure are good, the room is cool, slept great at night and the room has blackout curtains. The landlady is a treasure, she is wonderful. Always concerned that I had everything I needed. From the driveway to the parking garage at Holmes took about 3 minutes tops. Close to the beach and downtown Melbourne. 5 STAR review.

Comfortable, safe home

The property was beautiful, clean and safe. The landlord was attentive and very easy to work with. A wonderful gem to find!

I stayed at this property between 2/28-5/28. The place was fantastic. It was really close to the hospital I worked at (literally a 2 minute drive). It was close to a grocery store and a dozen restaurants. My host was also the sweetest person I have ever met. She was very concerned about my comfort and went out of her way on multiple occasions to make sure I felt at home. She was very respectful of my privacy as well. The Master bedroom was more than I really needed, it had your standard amenities that one needs. I would happily recommend staying here for an assignment. It is central to restaurants and grocery stores, and like I mentioned, its literally a 2 minute drive. I loved that I had no commute after getting off of work.
