Very calm and safe neighborhood

I lived in this apartment for nine months and I enjoyed every minute of my stay. The neighborhood is quiet, I had my own dedicated parking space, and the landlord is great. The apartment is close to many hospitals around. It's about 15 mins away from Hopkins Bayview Medical Center and a little less than that if you are going to Johns Hopkins Hospital. I recommend this apartment, and I will stay here again if I ever find myself back in Baltimore.

Very Quiet, safe area, very nice apartment

I came for temporary stay, ended up staying for almost 3 years, that should tell you something about the unit! It is in a quiet, safe neighborhood, the unit is very quiet as well. It has its own dedicated concrete parking pad, and motion detection lights light up the parking pad and entrance very bright at night. I really enjoyed my stay here. I left due to my retirement. Landlord lives upstairs, responds immediately to any issue you have with the unit, and is a great person. If life ever takes me back to Baltimore I will look up this apartment to rent again !
