Great location and townhome

I moved to Charlotte from several states away, and stayed in C's townhouse for two months. C was great, and super communicative. Townhouse had everything you needed including good internet to work, laundry, and a private fenced in area in the back. Location was awesome. Close to several breweries, coffee shops (try the pastries across the street), restaurants, and a nice trail that will bring you into Uptown and a bunch of other locations. All while being super quiet and safe. If we didnt buy a house, we would have continued to stay.

Lovely townhome, centrally located, great landlord

Lovely townhome in a great area. Walking distance to coffee shops, several bars and two restaurants. Just a short drive to entertainment downtown or other districts like Noda, Plaza Midwood and Southend. Nothing ever seemed to far, and you walking distance to a beautiful greenway that leads straight to downtown and large dog park. C has been an absolutely wonderful landlord. He has planned meticulously and this home has everything you might need for your stay. He is so nice and extremely easy to communicate with. We loved our stay here and we 100% recommend it to anyone working in Charlotte and surrounding areas. Bonus feature: This location provides an easy route to hospitals as far away as Matthews and Huntersville without any traffic!
