Great Studio!

Nice, clean, quiet ohana unit in Hawaiian Paradise Park! Mike is a great host and made sure we had everything we needed! Unit has A/C, WiFi, small kitchen, fridge, and private bathroom. It was the perfect place to stay while my wife and I looked for our new home in Hawaiian Paradise Park. Thanks Mike!

Great Home

Mike's place was amazing, large and lots of space. A/C throughout the house. Felt right at home here. Mike was very responsive with any of our questions. Highly recommend.

Great accommodation

Cozy studio, perfect for HMC workers. Quiet neighborhood, off street parking, GREAT bathroom, peaceful backyard. Mike and Anna are very responsive and helpful owners. One feels at home here. Would enjoy to stay again sometime. Thank you for everything Mike!

Private and Quiet Stay

Great place with everything you need if you're taking a contract at HMC. Quiet during the day and there's AC so great for night shift workers. Landlord is very responsive and super friendly. Would love to stay here again next time I'm out in Hilo. Mahalo Mike!

Paradise in the Palms

I rented the 2 bedroom and bath unit, for my 3 month travel assignment. M and A are wonderful landlords and fixed any problems quickly. Having the two bedroom unit, it allowed me to have my daughter visit. M and A had no problem with me having my daughter visit during my stay. In fact, they encourage that they want you to feel at home. The location was good 20 minutes or so to heal out and maybe another 20 minutes 30 minutes to volcano park I found out near the end if you drive down to the bottom, you could see whales and dolphins beautiful location. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

Great studio to call home for your stay in Hawai'i

M and A are wonderful landlords and are very attentive and responsive to any needs. I loved living in the studio. The separate bathroom/shower is a different setup, but it was no problem adjusting for me. The studio is located on the same property alongside two other units. There are plenty of citrus fruits in the yard to pick, and plenty of privacy. The studio is located close to the main highway, so it can be somewhat noisy if you are sensitive to this. The description of the unit was accurate (one thing to note, as of December 2023, mailed letters cannot be received at the address, so plan to rent a P.O. Box in Hilo), which was a huge relief as I was moving from the mainland and could not view the unit prior to move-in. Overall, I appreciated M and A and how welcome they made me feel upon my move to Hawai'i and am very grateful to have found this studio to call home. Thank you, M and A!

Amazing stay

My friend and I stayed at Mikes property for 4 months while on a travel assignment at hilo medical center, this house is clean and very spacious! Its in a quiet neighborhood about 15 minutes from the town of hilo, this stay was perfect for us :) hosts are very responsive for any questions we had the entire time!!
