Kat is the best!

Spent 2 years at Kat's condo while attending fellowship at OU. Couldn't have wished for a better landlord! Condo is very clean. Very safe, gated community. Within walking distance to multiple shops and restaurants. Kat was super responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing Stay

Amazing condo! Nice,safe, and quiet area to stay in. I immediately felt at home my first day there. There are plenty of eating and shopping places around. Walking distance from the mall! K was very quick to reply to my questions or concerns! I can't wait to have the opportunity to stay at K's condo again!

Safe and Easy Stay!

This was a great place to stay! Very clean and has all the essentials you need for a home away from home. Appliances are all nice and work well. Pool was open for my use and individual assigned parking spot. I felt safe and was close to everything. Landlord was very responsive and easy to communicate with when needed. Would recommend!! 10/10

Stay at Kats condo

K was an amazing host and the apartment was perfect for my 3 month travel contract. The apartment had everything that I needed and K was always fast to reply to any questions/needs I had. I would definitely stay here again, the apartment is in a great location close to so many restaurants and stores.
