Great Spot
This place was very spacious, clean and came with a fury surprise. The view was nice, I had access to my own refrigerator, microwave, and stove top kitchen, sink, etc. Erin is a great host and always willing to go the extra mile to offer accommodations and comfort for your stay. She had great recommendations for local hikes, bars and entertainment. Her dog was a great companion and loves to hang out. Would recommend and stay here again and again.

Pleasant Stay
Located in a nice quite neighborhood. Basement is spacious and gets plenty of natural light from the patio. Erin (the landlady) is very friendly and accommodating. As a longtime Denver resident she is more than capable of providing great recommendations when it comes to area specific activities. Definitely leave early if you want to do a 14er so you get parking and you beat potential rain (we got to the base at 5 am and lot was full within 15 min)!
