Modern Ranch Style Home

Let me start by saying that A is an amazing host. I felt right at home from the first day that I moved in. My room was cozy and the restroom was super clean. The kitchen is always spotless and he ensures each person has space for their groceries. The laundry was easy access and he also provided detergent which is a plus! My guest always felt welcomed and he was always available if I needed anything. I would 100% rent from him again if I have contract in Denver. Do not hesitate to book this home! His prices are affordable and hes in a great location with parking and access to the highway.

Great short term housing option!

I rented this room from Anthony between 8/14/2023 - 11/1/2023. The room is a comfortable size for one person and was newly updated when I moved in. The private bathroom is a great addition to the room as it allows for more privacy. The whole house is clean and spacious. I had my own designated space in the refrigerator and pantry for any food items that I wanted. There is ample street parking. When it comes to the other tenants who live in this property, many of them I didn't even know were around as they all kept to themselves. If you're looking for a quiet place to relax after a long hectic day at work, this is the perfect housing option! The owner is friendly and easy to work with and also checks in periodically to ensure that everything is going well with your stay. Overall, 5 out of 5 stars. If given the opportunity, I would rent again from him!

Renting this property was extremely low stress, the landlord is very understanding and accommodating. Could not ask for better.

Accomodating and convenient

I stayed here during the summer of 2022. This was my first time in Colorado and my first time doing a travel assignment and I felt very fortunate finding this property. The owner was very warm and welcoming and any little issue I had with my space was very quickly resolved. The owner was very easy to get in contact with and very easy to talk to. He would consistently check in with me to make sure everything wass okay and that was very much appreciated. The location was very quiet and everything that I needed on a daily basis was easily assessible from the location. The house was always clean and cleaning supplies were provided for your space. Privacy was respected and I felt safe at all times. I would recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a clean, convenient and safe location to work and visit.

Great room, great price, great people!

I enjoyed staying here at A house while I transitioned to a longer-term home. The house is beautiful and recently updated everything. The price for the room and location in A is very reasonable, and communicating with A about anything was very easy. I am very grateful I found this place to stay! I would definitely recommend snatching this space up if you can!

Great Extended Stay

Overall this stay was a great experience. The owner was easy to communicate with and to get along with. The other roommates in the house were also easy going and very nice. The house itself was very updated and well maintained. The neighborhood was small and quiet with plenty of amenities nearby.
